Volunteer with TVA: Ocean Sounds & Lunch This SAT

Aloha Rotary ʻOhana,

Travel Visions Aloha for the Blind invites you to volunteer at a unique and meaningful event this Saturday, August 23 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Kakaʻako Waterfront Park.

Ocean Sounds & Lunch with TVA is a relaxed outdoor gathering for blind and visually impaired participants to connect with nature, each other, and trained volunteers. You’ll support participants as they enjoy the ocean breeze, take in guided sensory walks along the shoreline, and share lunch with friends in a beautiful seaside setting.

This is a chance to show up with heart, lend your sight, and create space for others to fully belong.

If you haven’t volunteered with us before, we kindly ask that you attend a brief required training via Zoom to help you feel confident and prepared.

Volunteer Training: Thursday, August 21 from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
