Masa's Midweek Volunteers Clean Kapiolani Park

Masa, Bill, Carolyn and I met across the Diamond Head Tennis courts, and made a wide swath around the park. We were pleasantly surprised when Mark Sperry took a break from his workout session at the Elks club and joined us in the trash pickup.

We were pleasantly surprised when Mark Sperry took a break from his workout session at the Elks club and joined us in the trash pickup.
It took us a leisurely 1 1/2 hrs, but went entirely around the park, and picked up more than four garbage bags full of trash.
In any case, our next outing will be at Magic Island on Aug 20th at 10:00 AM at the restroom adjoining the parking lot. Hope to see more of you there.
