CHASING 9/11
The Congressional and White House “9/11 Commission” that investigated the event of 9/11 reported that it could not be prevented, which was testified to by the FBI and the CIA. That is not true. It could have, and certainly should have been prevented. The facts and truth of why 9/11 was not prevented will be explored and revealed in a Documentary in a six episode series on Netflix, to be released next year prior to the 20 year anniversary on September 11, 2021.
Among some 50 terrorists that supported the 9/11 attacks, only three were responsible for ensuring its’ success: Osama bin Laden, Maulana Masood Azhar and Zugarnian Haider Naqvi. Azhar and bin Laden provided the final pieces of the plan to send martyrdom aircraft into US targets. Naqvi could have led the FBI to prevent bin Laden and Azhar from succeeding.
Of all the locations where terrorists were known to operate in Africa, Middle East, South Asia and Southeast Asia, only three were pertinent for carrying out the deed of 9/11: Afghanistan, Pakistan and Hamburg, Germany.
Of all the US agencies who had an interest in investigating and defending against terrorists attacks, the CIA and the FBI were ultimately responsible. The FBI held Congressional jurisdictional responsibility, which was narrowed to three locations: New York City, Washington, DC and Honolulu. Any chances to prevent 9/11 would have to come from those locations.
The missing links in the failure to prevent 9/11 was: CIA, FBI HQ, FBI New York, Hamburg, Naqvi. Hamburg was the only place attainable by the FBI that could have revealed the 9/11 plot.
There was an unscheduled and unwitting chase by the CIA and FBI against the efforts of bin Laden, Azhar and Naqvi to 9/11. There was a deliberate and organized chase by bin Laden and Azhar to commit 9/11
As SAC of the Honolulu Division, I managed all FBI operations in the Asia Pacific, including counterterrorism matters from 1997 to 2001. In doing so, I placed FBI Agents in Karachi, Delhi and Manila to actively open and investigate terrorist that were killing Americans. Honolulu FBI spent four years overcoming obstructions by CIA and FBI HQ in efforts to identify the dotted lines to Hamburg.
