The Guardian Project
Dec 01, 2025
Guardians of the Future: Rotary’s Role in Ancestry, Legacy, and Stewardship This presentation introduces The Guardian Project, a global initiative that calls on schools, organizations, and individuals (including seniors and grandparents) to embrace their roles as “living ancestors.” Just as our forebears safeguarded opportunities for us, we now carry the responsibility of protecting and guiding future generations. The Guardian Project weaves together ancestry, stewardship, and civic responsibility to inspire collective action. Rotary, through its service, networks, and values, has a powerful opportunity to model what it means to be guardians of society, the environment, health, and the economy, ensuring a brighter future for our children and grandchildren. |
